RESEARCH DATA:

A mushroom-shaped woven backpack called pasiking among the Kankana-ey of Sagada, Mountain Province. This is a travelling backpack commonly used by men and women in the village. Just like other hand-woven backpacks, this is used as a food container while working in the fields and as storage for personal belongings during long travel.
