RESEARCH DATA:

A meat container called tangungu varies from woodcarving and basketry. Inasin (salted meat) is the indigenous traditional meat preservation in Mountain Province. This is one of the oldest ways of preserving meat by adding salt to the pork and putting it in a gusi jar (clay pot) for storing.
